Specification of rubber fender quality inspection items:　　　　　

1.The type and specifications of rubber fenders should meet the design requirements and the current national industry standards(rubber fenders)(HG/T2987)and other relevant requirements

2.The fixing structure of the fender and the specifications,quality,and anti-corrosion treatment of the screws,nuts,chains,clamps and other parts selected should meet the design requirements

3.The fixed rubber fender chassis should be in close contact with the dock.The nut should be fully tightened,the screw should be exposed 2-3 buckles,the top of the screw should be retracted into the fender,and the depth should meet the design requirements.

4.The connecting fixture of the suspension rubber fender should be tightly locked.

5.The error value of the allowable error item is the design elevation of plus or minus 20 mm on land,the design elevation of plus or minus 50 mm on the water,the interval of plus or minus 50 mm on land,the interval of plus or minus 100 mm on the water,and the height difference of the D-type rubber fender joint is 10 mm.

In the process of the quality inspection of the above rubber fenders,it is necessary to strictly abide by the relevant regulations to ensure the quality is put into use.
